Our Services and Rates WE CONDUCT ALL CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICES FOR THE LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK AREA ONLY.WE OFFER AN INTERNET CONSULTATION FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF OUR AREA.
INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION - Begins with a visit to your home or office and then working within your budget, we help you to develop a plan and spend your money wisely. Floor plans, furniture selections, color schemes, window treatments, lighting, accessories, whatever you need, we can help.
Initial Consultation (2hours- Split)$150. Additional hours each $50 -------------- DRAWINGS - Often it is necessary to draw up a floor plan, illistration or room layout for a client. Like a Map to follow it is a big help to your decorating and designing plans.
Drawings and plans $100 -------------- REAL ESTATE STAGING - Let us walk through your home and tell you the changes that we would suggest to help your home get the most money from the sale. Ask your Realtor about all the studies about home staging and how it increases the value of your property.
A one hour consultation $75. ------------- PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES - Let us find the perfect light fixture, furniture, flooring, accessories, whatever your needs are, she will track it down for you.
Hourly Fee $75
Full Day $350. ------------- INTERNET DESIGN SERVICES - Perhaps you and your room are out of our area. Well, if you want to fly me there I would love to come but in most cases, I ask you to fill out a questionnaire so I get to know more about you and your family. Send me photos and maybe a video of the areas you want to focus on. I will then develop a plan for you based on your needs, floor plans, wall colors, wallpaper, window treatments, whatever your needs are, I help you spend your money wisely and promise you a beautiful room.
